Appart from the definite gains I have had in using the device for just over two months it has been mostly a very uncomfortable strapped up time.
However just recently I had the brainwave of giving my poor penis the comfort it deserves.
Try the follwing:
Get yourself a very thin foam rubber about 2 -3 mm in thickness. I got mine from a packaging I had but I am sure you will get some in a shop that specialises in foam rubber or packaging.
Cut a strip (lengt dependin of on the girth of your penis + about 3 -4 wraps around the penis) of this foam rubber with the width the same as the bandage that is supplied with the extender.
Lay a small piece of the bandage (enough to go about once around your penis) on the sponge rubber.
Now with the bandage in contact with the penis, start wrapping the bandage / foam rubber strip around your penis.
You will find that first of all, it is very easy now to bandage it up as the bandage sticks to the foam and not your fingers etc.
But most of all your penis will lay comfortably in its litlle nest of foam for hours on end.

I used foam as well. I'm now trying toilet paper. That's the most comfortable solution so far.
