not as good as the second day thats for sure

the first time you put it on it will feel awkward since you are not use to it. it took me a few tries to get the hang of it and once you do its not bad at all.

also remember not to max out the first time you try it on just start with a lower tension.

it felt uncomfortable. It was hard to make it tight enough to do it's job but not so tight that it would hurt.

On my first day I could not use it properly and I feel pain in my base .On second day I was very comfortable with it . In the end it was a great success .

it was weird i nevered tried something like that then i got use to it and now today i finally tried to move the tension knobs like 2 or 2 turns i still see the 3 lines but i feel the pull its giving .. is that good right ?
