Hi Guess,
Glad I could help out. As for the "foreskin", if you have been circumcised, you don't have a foreskin. What is likely is that the skin of the penis has stretched to a greater "length" than you need under normal conditions, so it sort of hangs forward a little more than you need. The skin on your body is the most flexible of all the organs (yes, it is an organ), so it stretches quite easily The corpora cavernosa and corpus spongiosum, along with the blood vessels, don't stretch as easily, which leaves you temporarily with more "foreskin" than you need. Not to worry, it won't interfere with an erection or take away from its "beauty."
I would forget about the other programs. They just don't work, in my opinion and I have tried them all. I pumped for years with no permanent results. I jelqued for a few years with no results there either. Wait, wait, the jelquing will produce a small/short result because it actually pulls the suspensory ligament away from the body. This is usually the procedure if you have surgery for penis enlargement/lengthening. So I gained maybe one half inch there but no girth.
As for measuring, I measure from the top and press the ruler to the pucic symphasis (top of the pubic bone). How you measure doesn't really matter as long as you are consistent with your measuring. It's all relevant. What's important is the differences you are able to record from one period to the next. Good luck!
