trynagetbig-The accomadation that bonason is talking about is a really important aspect of PE. There is an elastic and plastic component to stretch. The suspensory ligament is a fibroelastc conective tissue. That means it has elastic (rubber band-like) and stiff fibers (rope-like). When you first stretch, the penis will try to return back to its original length because of elastic recoil. Pull a slinky and it returns to its shape. Over time, 15 - 30 min, you'll find you have to readjust the tension. If you haven't slipped, it means the elastic fibers abilities to recoil are fatiguing. When you crank up fron here, you are now pulling on the stiff fibers and performing what is known as a plastic stretch leading to deformation, microinjury and then repair over time (with rest) to a longer length fiber. Pull a slinky too far, you overcome the recoil and it starts to bend and deform (though the slinky will not repair w/ rest). You might have noticed that your BPSFL is longer before and after using the extender; this is why. The elastic fibers will recover. The shorter your rest breaks (pee breaks, blood breaks, numb breaks) between stretching sessions are during a day, the better the chance of maitaining a longer plastic stretch which leads to success.
Go stretch your slinky.
