I do not use the extender religiously every day and become disinterested for days at a time. However, when I resume, I do pick up from where I left off which means any gains are permanent. I started from a 1 inch bar to to 1 1/2 to 2 probably in 2 years time. I'm glad I can now do a 2 inch bar with at full pressure. Lately, I would strap in, put a pillow on top of my thighs to rest the extender and go to bed. I usually wake up in a couple hours and then I take it off. It has worked very well this way. During longer sessions, I do feel a good burn afterwards - sort of like lifting weights. It subsides a couple hours later. I also pump afterwards to get blood back in.
As a result erections appears bigger although I haven't measured it. Cock is veiner, more sensitive and more attractive IMO. Although I'm not getting quack results, good things are happening. It does seem that a few days of rest inbetween sessions is beneficial to me.
