I thought I would provide an update. Its been just over one year since I started PE. My starting stats were:

BPEL = 5.875"
EG = 4.375"
PV = 8.949

As of now I have broke the 7" mark in length and girth is at 4.6 in the middle of the shaft and over 5 inches at the base. I haven't even worked girth yet, so it was nice to see an increase while targeting length.

My PV "Penis Volume" has also broke 12. That is over a 33% increase in penis volume. For no more time I have to invest into PE that is pretty significant.

At just over 7" in length I can bottom out on the wife every time, even in the missionary position which seemed to be the hardest to accomplish. I have to say it is one of the most empowering feelings you can feel in the bedroom.

At my starting length she could get it all in her mouth, not consistently, but she could go down all the way if she took it slow. I figured as I grew and that possibility would be eliminated I would be sacrificing good BJs for better sex.

But after all both have been more enjoyable. Even though she can't get the last inch down, its more of a turn on in my opinion watching her try and an inch of shaft is still showing.

Maybe I'm a little twisted, but watching her go down trying to inhale that last inch unsuccessfully then pop back up gasping for air, making gag noises and still an inch of shaft to go is a hell of a lot more enjoyable then her being able to go down all of the way =)

My wife still does not know I do PE, so in a round about way during a BJ, I had her do the hand test. She can put both hands around it with one hand above the other while pressing in to get the BPEL still have a good amount of penis sticking out of her hands.

I "think" she might be catching on that something is up. A lot has changed in the bedroom, even though its for the best I think me pressing for her to two hand it, try to deep throat, roll the condom on so she can see it don't unroll all of the way "what little we use one" is starting to queue her in.

Those where just all personal goals when I started, silly stuff that i would think. "Ahh man wouldn't it be nice to unroll a condom completely", "have a chick hold your penis with two hands and suck the top", silly stuff you can't imagine but if it ever could happen it would make your day.

I have a bad habit of wanting to see those events over and over so I am sure the wheels are turning in her head or she is starting to think I'm more of a voyeur pervert lol.

Her job changes have made it harder and harder to use the extender, and now it will change again and we will be home at the same times of day. So as of now I have been thinking of a lie to pop the extender on and convince her its not to achieve a bigger penis.

When I come up with a good one, I'll run it by here first to see if its convincing enough =)

My goal was about 8 to 8.5 inches that would have given me a stud feeling before any women, thats what was my goal too with that lenght, to satisfy the women of all ages, if ever chance arises, apart from wowing my wife. But unfortunately that was not to be, for the device caused some health concerns and doctor advised me to stop its usage at once. I am still with that little 6.5, with no gain and lots of costs.

What health problems? Like internal stuff? I hope you did a lot of research about it beyond going to the doctor. Some people will scapegoat anything you do out of the ordinary as being the x-factor simply because it's the easiest thing to do. Hopefully you are storing the device in a good place for later and did not just toss it out. Don't give up so easily, even if there were health concerns at the time, make sure those concerns are still valid at your current state. I started at around the length you did, believe me it's worth it to make it work. If you do decide to try again, maybe keep at a very low tension. Just enough to keep it straight and slightly taught. Starting off with a high tension level is not always a good idea...

I have not told my wife about the exercises and the extender I have bought. Many years ago my wife made a joke about my penis with a friend. My penis then was 6.5 inches erect. I had to reply to this post because this is exactly what I have experienced. I have been married for 15 years to my wife and have never given her a "normal" or penis to vagina induced orgasm. Behind this story, i think there is an important idea. Women never admit size does matter. If you tell them, it is over you will never know what the differences are after extender sessions.

Thanks for the story. I couldn't help but feel like I wrote this, though I'm still at the early stages of using my PE (2 weeks in). I've been with my wife for 14 years and have never had any issues with my size though like yourself, getting her off has always been more of a manual process and not from penetration from myself. I'm a little shorter but thicker than you starting out, but recently things have changed that have brought my short stature to light. My wife and I have started swinging. In the swinging world, the average size seems to be a bit bigger. I contribute this to the fact that most smaller men don't have the cockfidence to do get into it in the first place. Now I can still make a woman orgasm one way or another, that's not an issue, but I'd like to be able to do it easier via penetration. Im doing the same thing only with my girlfriend. I consider her as a test. Don't get me wrong I like her but I am sorta using her as a PE test subject. I have only used this thing 3 times and have already noticed a change. It pretty amazing. I am already about a quarter of a inch bigger. I can already see a change in sex.
