Sorry it took so long to get back to you, but that is a good place to go. One thing I learned from there that I recommend is performing a kegel prior to each jelq, then performing the rep slower and more intensely.

Measurements are in! but first lets get through some tech data picking up from week 22. My PE program is steadily evolving. I've now incorporated an All Day Strether (ADS). See below

Week 22:

Now on to the measurements as of 05/20:
BPEL: 7.8125
BG: 5.75
UHG: 5.0625

My BPEL increased and incredible 5/16 of an inch since 04/27. That's just over a quarter of an inch in 18 days extender wear (23 days overall). Additionally, I also took a whimsical measurment on 05/12 and measured in at 7.75. After 8 calender days (6 days extender wear) I added another 1/16th of an inch!

Also, I am officially in the 1 inch club inbase girth having gained 1/8 inch in BG. UHG needs work. I only gained 1/16, but hey, I'll take it!

seeker,

I find that an ADS is invaluable with the X4. Mainly because it's a style consideration. It's even more low impact and is somewhat a drag when talking about additional time but it's one of the safest ways to safeguard and increase gains in conjunction with this style of traction that we started with.

Your measurements are impressive. Like inspirationally so. Given your intense use of the extender you may want to look into replacing your springs though. I found with the use I had of my Gold premium (which is a lot less than your usage time totals) that new pistons and springs were a lot livelier and could be more effective for you.

Just a thought.

I agree. It's time to start thinking new parts. I'm already out of fresh nooses and foam pads. I'm down to my last foam comfort strap sleeve too. The last thing I need is to have to take a lengthy break waiting to get a new extender because mine failed.

seeker, what are you using for your ADS? are u using the x4 extender and just wearing it without tension? just wrapping?

i'd also love to hear your creative options for making 1/2 inch or 1/4 inch lengthening rods, or wraps at home. i haven't worn out my foams, but i heard using neoprene material works great (like from a beer cooler wrap or wet suit).

Cali,

For my ADS, I use

-elastic MP3 arm strap with velcro fasteners
-one set (2 ea) of army boot blousing straps, with velcro ends
-2 inch wide moleskin
-medical cloth tape
-scissors

Start by wrapping your penis with one layer moleskin. If you do it fairly tightly, the moleskin will stick to itself. Ensure that you pull the skin upward, so it bunches a little around the head. This will help prevent slippage of the moleskin. Secure it wit some of the tape on the top and bottom of the moleskin. Don't be afraid to make it a little tight.

Apply the MP3 arm strap to your lower thigh. The female ends of the velcro should be evenly spaced along the outside of the MP3 strap.

Take your boot blousing velcro straps and attach them end to end so you have one long strap. Take the male end of your combined boot strap and attach it to one of the female velcro strips on the inner thigh of the MP3 band. The boot strap velcro strip is longer than the MP3 female velcro strip so you may have to cut it to make the size match. Wrap your long boot strap and around the leg band enough times to decrease its length for the desired tension.

With the straps in place, take the loose end of your boot strap and secure it to the moleskin on your penis with another layer of moleskin. Again, don't be afraid to make it sort of tight. Then fasten that layer of moleskin with generous amounts of tape.

Your penis should low be connected to your thigh via the boot strap and MP3 arm band. At this point can increase the tension by moving the MP3 strap below the knee. You can decrease it by moving it higher up the thigh. If you're going to be sitting, it is best to adjust the strap below the knee for a good amount of tension.

This ADS is virtually invisible under the pants. It should only be worn for 2 hours maximum. NOTE: you will not be able to urinate while wearing it, so take it easy on the morning coffee.

It's been awhile since I updated my post, but that doesn't mean that I haven't been keeping track though. I've also taken what I like to call an unofficial measurement. It's one that I take on the fly out of mere curiosity. I've actually taken two of them since 05/20, and they were both damn good! This is surprising because as you will see by my log, my intensity has taken a noticeable dive, especially in the jelq department.

I'm actually loosing steam for the activity of jelqing. It's becoming more and more tedious, resulting in me performing less reps, favoring quality of the reps over quantity. But it's still tedious. Instead of simply going through my milking motions, now I kegel and perform the rep slowly and deliberately. It really makes my unit bulge. On to the tech data, which continues on 05/22 during week 23.

Week 23:

Now as far as my unofficial measurements are concerned, I measured about a week after 05/20, and came in at 7.875 or 7-7/8. This is a gain of 1/16.

Now as of last night...I measured in, over and over and over again, at 8.00 BPEL! That means an gain of 3/16 in 10 days of extender use!

My girth, on the other hand, showed No change whatsover. I guess this is also contributing to my growing tedium with jelqing.

I can't complain though because the most important thing here is that all of my time and effort in the extender has produced desireable results. I've gone up 1.5 inches in a little more than 24 weeks of PE.
