I am schooling for the MD, and I finnished my pre-med exams
1)Qut smoking! This is siriusly! Smoking will couse less and less blood flow, and with thet less and less growth!
2)Diet. You wont to grow? You can not grow if for examle your basal metabolis is 2300kcal and you are eating 2000kcal. Even if your basal metabolism is 2300 and you are eating 4000kcal, you may not grow becouse you eat tresh calories from fast food, fats etc. You need to eat healthy, low fet, high protein, high vitamin and minerals diet. This will incese your growth
Try even some bodybilding suplements like whey proteins, vit & minerals or ZMA...
3)Work out regulary. 3 to 4 times a week in a gym. Both cardio and weight lifting. Over course of few months this will incese amount of both growth hormons and testesteron in your blood. This combined with PE, and you got a picture
4)Every pain is not good. Cutting of circulation can only lead to necrosis.So, try this, wear device comfortly for about 55min, then take it off for 5min...etc
5)Take one day break every 5-6 days. This is good. This can only incese your gains. Becouse your tissue need to regenerate to continue growth.
