I'd have to assume that either the tension is very low or you're a very deep sleeper. haha
But seriously, I'm still having difficulty going more than 1 hour without a break. I wish I knew how you guys do it.

Probably not pulling so hard and the clamped pressure of the noose is not as tight also (ie) if you are using the noose of course, as i am.
Having said that i can only last 90mts and then the pain starts to set in, but i've learned to accept that is my limit.
I do think you are on the right road though, so don't be decouraged if you are only doing 1hr -- this is great and i'm sure that you will condition to 90mts as i am doing at the moment. Good luck and just keep streatching.

I tried to wear it at night but just didnt workout for me. For the first couple of hrs it stayed on, but had to be on my stomach in order for it not to slip.

You have got to go with what is best to suit your lifestyle, and ability to wear over time comes down to your best ability to wear, (ie) it cannot be said just how much tention is needid to keep the extender on -- this can only come from your own experience put together with others experiences on the forum. what suits one doesn't nesessarily suit another.

I tried sleeping with the extender on one night, didnt go so well. Woke up two hours later and the extender fell off my penis. fail.
