S_G,
I wear a tight knit sock over the entire extender when stretching. That is my solution to keeping warm while stretching. I believe it has been very successful for me.

S_G,
If you let sales know you are an existing customer and that you are buying something to help you continue to use the product, they discount the price somewhere around 40-50%. I forget what the discount was but I opted to buy the girth base after seven months of using the extender and mentioned that the standard base was getting too snug. They gladly discounted the base for me.

Couldn't agree with this gentlemen more--especially more specific directions on thumbscrews would be great!

The video that the admin put out there for viewing on May 10th was a welcome site-just a suggestion if you could get into more detail with adjustments with the tension bars and screws it would be even more helpful and clear up a lot of questions.
