While wearing the device for extended periods of time the top of my penis head gets kinda like a sharp pain sometimes. Maybe it's too tight but I don't think that's the case. When it does hurt I just readjust or put some tissue there right at the top and it feels ok. I'm thinkin it's something to do with the form of the strap.

Maybe there can be a clothe based noose? with silicone to protect your skin instead of kinda the other way around. Hard/Soft maybe SOFT/Hard would be easier on the penis?

i get this to. i think it is from the strap cutting off blood circulation and when i loosen so it does not it falls off. i have tryed to make a strap myself out of duck tap so it would stick insted of being strangled and i made one that worked but it would only hold for an hour and could not be reused. but if you find something out that work please make a post about it cuz i would like to now.

I think that this has something to do with rubber straps in the extender. I think that the settings need to be more adjustable.

I experimented with various types of material and came up with a car cleaning cloth called a "shamois" which you buy from your local wall mart. i think it's made from a Deer skin although i'm not too sure about that, but it has a very soft feel to it and is reusable. Cut a strip about 40mm wide approx. 300mm long and wrap that around the shaft just behind the glands and secure it with a very small peice of medicle tape -- not too much, just enough that you can detach it when you have to. Be sure that before you attach the extender strap or noose -- or whatever you are using, that you pull back any loose forskin by holding the glans as you do so. The object is to prevent the skin from bunching up which is the most major cause of pain -- this will also prevent blisters from forming which is the cause of the itch that often preceeds the pain.
Try this as it works for me, and i find i can go right through the night wearing this thing under reasonable tention, although i tend to awake once or twice too urinate during a period of eight or nine hrs and rest during the day. I also find i can urinate with the extender attached by simply depressing the springs, which means the strap or noose is not that strongly attached that it would prevent urination. I think if you could use the same concept of the strap and apply it to the noose it would be used a lot more often and by a lot more of us. Presently I use the noose on the shaft and the strap behind the head-I have tried 2 nooses but the head noose seems to always work its way loose and slippage occurs. I think your improvement to the strap was wonderful,I also have no doubt that the same kind of improvement with the noose could see similar results.

I once used to feel this pain also. Not until my last time. All i.did was to loosen it a little so that the pressure on the gland will be reduced. His allows some flow of blood in and out. Though it could still feel cold, but the pain will be alot lesser without you slipping off. Used this for four hours without pain except at the pelvis. I think they should make.a silicon supported base so.u.wouldn't feel any.pain when used for a long time.
