It's been 6 months for me, started at about 5 1/4 and i can honestly say I'm a solid 6 1/2 and thicker too , I'm soo happy with my results ...

Yea Mrsticky what is your regiment? do you wear it everyday or how many days a week do you take a break and how many hours a day? Thats great you have seen over an inch and a quarter in only 6months, I hope I'll be able to accomplish something of the same for myself and great job!

I would really like to know your regimen, how many hours each day,if and when you take a day off from wearing it. Do you vary between 6 o'clock and 12 o'clock position etc.You've really done well with your progress,continued good luck!

The most was 6 hours a day and was just to long. Caused way to much discomfort. Cutting off circulation of the head. Although I never kept the foam dry, it was just to much.
