I check my junk and spam folders regularly by habit.
About 4mths i mailed x4labs information on an experiment i had carried out involving the remodeling of the head molding on the extender. The idea was to modify the method of fixing the cilicon support that so many have complained about, including myself, so i decided to put my engineering skills to work and made up a fibreglass model of my impression of how this can be acheived without major expence or modification to the existing idea.
I posted photographs together with an explanation, and never got so much as a thanks, let alone a reply. All this was sent as a suggestion to help produce a better product that not only made it simple and easyer for the user but also helped to put there product above their opposition.
To be ignored is almost an insult and often, in situations like these,we on the forum, feel as though we are only talking to ourselves.
There is only one possibility-- that the info did not get to the right department or person in which case nobody is at fault.
