in flaccid when u stretch n how far do u stretch from below erect length or at erect length or pass erect length?

trynagetbig - Your goal is to stretch the suspensory ligament. So you stretch until you feel strong pulling at the top of the base of the penis. You work up slowly to 1800 gms over time (about one month). It doesn't matter whether you get this isolated stretch at a stretch length greater than, less than, or equal to your BPEL. So when some guy says they stretch 1/2", 1 or however much greater than their BPEL, just remember that their penis is different than yours. That's what they need to stretch THEIR ligaments. BPSFL DOES NOT RELATE TO BPEL. When the erectile chambers plump with blood the penis will reach a length less than the stretch length. A good analogy is you can stretch a sausage casing, but once you fill it it will be shorter. So I can't tell you how your optimal stretch will relate to your BPEL. You'll tell me. trynagetbig - Since @ 1800 gms the base plate fits firmly to the pubic bone (note you need to press the base plate against the pubic bone and adjust to get it firm), I use BPSFL. That makes it comparable to BPEL.

pudendum - thanks for reply.. so u on ur 1800g already so how it going? so the plastic base have to press all the way to the public bone or just right :?:

trynagetbig - Doing well. Stretched from April to late July and went from BPEL 6.0" to 6.94". Took 6 wks off for vacation and other stuff. Lost some during that break - down to 6.75". Restarted in Sept. and 4 weeks ago I was just shy of 7". In the last 2 months I've been concentrating my PE on girth w/ jelqs, squeezes and sadsaks. My girth is now consistently 5.8", up from 5.0" in April. I'm happy, but not done. I want 8" length & at least 6.25" girth. I WILL make it there.

i thought it was permanent! how can that happen when u don't do it. so when u reach to 8 will u stop using the extender :?:

trynagetbig - If you abruptly stop you might see initially a slight increase in size as repair plays out. But unless you "fix" your penis successes you will lose some. One of the PE programs I purchased suggests a graded decrease in exercises over the course of 4 weeks before stopping and using ice treatments. I did not do that as was going to continue. I did not return to baseline. So keep this in mind.

Ice helps to prevent injuries, and helps prevent some of the soreness after a workout. There's also evidence that ice near the end of your workout, while still strapped up, can help cement gains by starting the repair process while still in the extended state. At least that's what I've read (I hope I understood it correctly), and I plan to start usiing this method myself.

smitty - Don't use the ice until you've reached your goal. If you do it now you will most probably reduce your penis blood flow and spoil your potential gains. If you are going to take a long hiatus (months), I would use the ice in combination with a programed decrease of your program over 4 weeks to lock in your successes. Then you can restart if you want to continue whenever.

If you want to deal with soreness and injury you should "cool down" after each days PE. The best "cool down" is to take a 15 minute hot bath. This works very well for me especially after tunica stretches which generally leave me sore. It also increases blood flow to enhance repair. Give it a try.

trynagetbig - You shouldn't do this until you need to fix your successes because you reached your goals. Remember this is done in conjunction with a graded reduction of your PE program over 4 weeks. When you do, do not put the ice directly on your penis. Put it in a plastic bags and wrap it in a towel or washcloth and no longer than 5-10 minute daily for these weeks of reduction. A frost bitten penis is not considered enhancement. I know I'm not even close to reaching my goal and won't be in the foreseeable future. .I hope we're all jumping the gun talking about this now.
