Awesome instructions - thanks pudendum. I just received my Extender and went straight to your's and treetop's technique to get it on - much better than the recommended method in the paltry instructions. My main question now is - how do you know what tension you're at? Presumably, the tension bars are there for putting the device on in the recommended (and might I say extremely awkward fashion) - i.e. you compress the whole device down to one of the three tension bars (when the device is at its smallest / most compressed, it would be under the most tension, so 1800g?), and then attach it to your penis, and, assuming the comfort strap doesn't slip, the springs would then be exerting a pushing force of 1800g along the shaft of your penis. So how do we calculate what the tension is with the superior strap-on method? gronendael posted a method of such complete tension control that, with the device on and by merely turning screws, he suggested you could use the tension bars to gauge tension. treetop also posted some pics on flickr showing the superior installation method, and in those pics he pointed out that the tension bars could be used to assess tension ... But I don't get how the tension bars can be used with the superior strap-in method to gauge tension. Any insights would be much appreciated. Cheers!
