A question and tip from new user. First the question. Does anybody know if adding gentle pumping to the PE program gives any benefit. My thought is that after stretching and causing micro-tears, the pump allows a gentle continued increase in circulation similar to jelqing or milking. The hope being that this would help in producing more girth. By gentle i mean 3-5hg for 10 min max. Enough to increase blood flow but not enough to cause distorted lymphatic swelling.
Next, the tip. I have found that doing gentle pumping has increased (temporary I'm sure) the size of my head which has made strapping much easier and now no slipping. As a result I have been able to increase the strength of stretching. Just wanted to pass this on.
