Hi guys just a question, i'v been using the extender for a while now but i am having alot of trouble with its application. Firstly when tightening the straps to secure my penis, the skin around the penis from shaft to head is getting pinched inwards witch is very uncomfortable and secondly the extender is not staying secure on my penis, it keeps slipping off. This may be due to me not fastening the straps tight enough given the uncomfortability of the skin being pinched in everytime i try tightening the system.
Has anyone found problems like this before? Maybe the extender is not wide enough? Please anyhelp or suggestion would be very much appreciated.

Start out at 600grams for the tension, 3 lines should be showing on the bars. Also the straps do tend to slowly slip out. Enough to cause slippage but not enough to really notice unless you stare at it. Took me awhile to figure this out.

I put it in loosely, then pinch the head with my finger and thump and stretch it straight out and with the other hand grab the shaft skin and pull down. I keep doing this until I can get it tight and no skin is stuck up in there. Takes a few tries.

Also try the noose. I like it better.

I've never fall off the straps, but I reajust my penis position in the extender every hour. This help blood flow normally again in the penis, reheat the head of the penis and you are then ready to do another hour of stretching.

I've read that some dudes are using baby powder to dry the skin of the penis when positionning it in the extender. That might help you. The same users also confirm applying vitamin E to rehydrate the skin after a streching session.
