Ok, I am uncut, looking at the X4 product as a "might try".

Is it necessary to have the foreskin retracted while you use this product? Do you need the device to grab under the ridge of your penis head? Or can it it just squeeze through the skin? Anyone with info let me know.

I'm circumcised so I can't comment directly on your question but I have read that you need to retract the foreskin. This prevents it from getting to long as it would stretch faster than your dick.

I read EVERY article on the first page and the FAQ. The information was not forthcoming, hence me asking here.

The low-rez pics and canned responses on the site make me less trusting of your product. I realize its an added cost to host and moderate pictures from members, but it would make this whole thing more believable.

Not my product, if your were addressing that to me. I am an end user, old & retired, not an employee or affiliated with X4labs.
I do hope you have not set your shopping criteria or believability level such that you will not permit yourself to fathom what the many posters here on the forum have stated, clearly, and in abundance.
There is a money back/return it policy, but I know I don't need it, my X4 works for me.

If you need more info and to look if PE really works you can look at treetops flicker page or go to thundersplace.com. They are not affiliated by anyone there just a forum site for fellow PE'ers.

From my 4 weeks of using it my member is a little longer so far, better flacid hang, and seems more meaty. Plus I'm starting to get better EQ (erection quality) and more often.
