I believe that you may have pushed up the tension too soon, given you say you have been using it for a month. It is possible your penis is "resisting" 1200 gms, this early on. That means it wont grow, but instead will develop into being more resistant to being stretched.
The process of extending is something like you hand stretch out the length thats hidden within the body, Mount into the extender, and apply minimal tension starting out. This gets the "built in" stretcy penis out of the process, and lets you apply the tension to the real part of the shaft. While the penis is held out by the extender, cellular changes/stretch/growth occurs.
Maybe after a month, if you have seen growth taper off, and it seems to be stopping, you would raise tension. You only want to gently extend the tissue. You do not want to get into the "let me see how much I can get away" with mode of use.
extender + 2 = 5.75 inch
You should be able to, after warm up, extend a flaccid dick to be longer than when its erect.If you are physically active while wearing the extender, I am not sure what to tell you. I stay pretty much parked in a chair in front of my computer. I do get in an hour a day horizontally stretched out on the sofa.
Measuring.
bpel - bone pressed erect length, ruler pressed against pubic bone, negating effect of the fat pad.
nbpel - non bone pressed, skin of stomach to tip
flaccid length, similarly measured.
girth - measured around shaft at largest portion
