Does PE w/ Enhancement pill work better?

I would like to ask if using the PE along with enhancement pills would increase the effect? Something like RigRX Plus? I saw some other brand PE sets that offer the PE and the enhancement pill, which some refer to as working out and taking whey protein? Anyone know how much of this is true???
