Hi meatstick8,
The deluxe originally listed 1600g springs included in the kit; I measured mine many months ago and found I had the 1800g springs. If you have 1800g springs, line one is 600g, line two is 1200g, and line three is 1800g.

PFM is right. For any tension spring you'll put in your extender, the first mark (the one that's closer to the support) his the 1/3 of the max tension, the second mark is the 2/3 of the max tension, and the third mark indicate that you are at full tension.
Hope that help!
Happy stretching!

Hi meatstick8,
find a small scale that reads in grams or ounce (you will have to do the conversion) place the assembled extender base down on the scale, press till you have reached the first mark on the tension rods, look at the scale for gram readings. This is mentioned in several places in the forum and can be found using the search feature of the forum.
