Just gonna put this up in case someone else wanted the same info I did.
I got a little more detail from customer support:
"Hello Sir,
You can remove the springs by unscrewing the top end of the pistons.
Start off by removing the white plastic support piece, simply pull gently on it until it slides off.
Unscrew the top end of the pistons by turning them counter clockwise. Simply add the support piece back on once the springs are changed.

Basically you tug out the tension bars and unscrew the back pieces to get to the spring. Might be a little slippery for fingers (which is why I thought I had to take something apart) so taking pliers and squeezing slightly lets you take them out effortlessly, swapping is a breeze after that.
