I believe the meaning is to simply turn the strap upside down. You still have the two tabs out, so you can grab them to remove the strap. The center of the strap is curved to fit the head of the penis. You simply flip the strap over, so that curve is pointing towards your body, not away. I am now trying it out this way to see what I think. I may try and get pics this week of each way for people to see.

What do you mean by inverting the bracket, an upside down U. there are 3 ribbs on mine that make that very painful. The pics are gone. Wonder if you could explain one more time and repost pics.
