I extended my Friday rest into Saturday and Sunday, but don't think it benefitted in that I had to drop down 3.5" worth of extension bars for the first time in 3 or 4 weeks. This was on my hope that I would up to 4.5" I'm waiting to see if an aggressive routine this week will put me at that length. I pout in 6 hours today and hope for 7 jours tomorrow and not only will do another three-day rest again the near future, I'm not even going consider two-day rests. The one-day rests seemed to be working fairly well early on.
