does anyone use a pump with the x4 extender?
i've been told the pump works but is temp gains and a little more dangerous
would like some feedback

A pump job, after using the extender can help restore circulation.
A pump job, before using the extender, WITHOUT GETTING AN ERECTION, can be helpful to the fastening in process.
Observe safe vacuum levels, use a pump with a gauge, stay under 5" hg, preferably in the 3" to 4" hg range.
