the base of my dick hurts more than the tip now, when i keep it on for an hour and a half the base units hard plastic starts to push really hard on my pelvic bone, and where the nuts meet the shaft, this feels like its bruising, i was thinking of making a foam or sponge ring to go over the shaft before i install will this work, and what has worked for others?

it doesn't help to much but it does provide some relief, the old gauze you use to wrap around your penis don't throw those away instead use it to wrap around the base of the xtender, also wearing briefs or boxers with the opening is also helpful by pulling your penis through the opening and strapping the xtender on so the base is sitting ontop the boxer/brief. it also better to not walk around when you have it on max strech. i'm usually just laying there for the duration of a movie on max then 30mins or so rest. then pop in another movie lol. before you know it you watched Xamt of movies and the length of wear won't seem to long.

hey check this out, i cut a square of memory foam (1.5 inch thick) and then a straight slit cut through the middle, and pulled my dick through, then installed the extender, not only did i wear it for an extra hour because the base hurt less, but i also got an extra half inch extension with out having to buy half inch bars. (beacsue when the meory foam gets squished its still .5 inches) i wonder if when i need another half inch i could just add a half inch plastic ring over the foam, and not have to buy extra bars ever!
