so i just found out how to use a noose, i installed my extender with a noose, and then a strap, its 10x more secureand lasts the whole way through, what i do is wrap the whole penis including the tip, then install the noose right under the tip secure it, and lock it in place with the slots at the bottom, then install the strap right below that... i gotta tell you.. its my new favourite way to strap in, now i'm off to buy some bulldog clips just for that extra security.

Hey myke04, I just read your other post earlier today, and didn't have time to respond, to tell you to look at another post that had that information, But by your last entery here, I'ld say that you found the information that you were looking for! You're lucky that you've just purchased your x-4, and got the hybrid tip with both the noose and the strap. I'm affraid that I purchased mine about a month to late, to get the new style. But I sure would love to give it a go.
But to answer your question from your other post. The noose style is aimed more for uncircumsized dicks, while the strap is more aimed for those that are circumsized, as far as looking at it from a comfort point of view. But, that doesn't mean it doesn't work the other way, some people find one more comfortable than the other. It all depends on each individual.
So, the fact that you have the new tip and can try both of them to see which way you yourself like better, kicks ass. Again, I wish they had that end when I started, I know that I could buy one, but I just got the deluxe, with everything a guy could need, I don't know maybe some day I'll buy it. Why don't you let every one know what kind of results you have with it. Also, with the noose, there is usually a spot on the underside of the end to latch the noose strip into. The fact that you can do both strap and noose at the same time is also huge. And you'll enjoy the non slippage of the metal clips, they of course bulk up the end, so there is no way you could wear the unit under clothes, it's most definitely a stay at home night.

i think a combo is best it keeps the head securely in place with zero slipage, you really feel the pull as your extending, i noticed that with just the strap the reason you can add more bars and force os because it slowly stretches out the head too and pulls it out, with the combo u have none of that so what strecth ur getting is ur max, i had to go down an extra half inch in bars, but since the head stays securely out of place i still have the same stretch. i suggest it, by the way i dont have the x-4, i have an eco-extender, and i didnt know it was a hybrid tip, i guess i got lucky!
