Phalloplasty (Surgical Penis Enlargement)

With a variety of techniques available to men with respects to penis enlargement, phalloplasty is often used in severe cases, such as the micro-penis. Other surgical procedures have also used fat or muscle tissue in order to alter the length of the penis. Surgery is an extensive procedure with a variety of risk associated with it. On the other hand some men achieve full functioning penises with tremendous gains in length, on average 4 inches.

These surgeries are highly recommended for men with penises ranging between 1-3 inches erect. For other men who already have an average size penis, less pervasive measures may be more beneficial. In these cases alternative treatments are recommended, such as the use of a penis extender or stretcher.
