All reqeusts for exchanges or refunds MUST be submitted through our ticketing system.
Our sales line will be unable to assist customers with any return requests as they do not have the ability to authorize returns. Once your refund request has been approved for return, customers will be required to ship the package to the appropriate address. All returns are subject to a bank processing fee, shipping and handling charges.
The Clinical Study Refund is only applicable to the cost-price of the penis extender itself. X4 Labs Starter editions are not backed by the Clinical Study Refund. Devices which have been personalized are subject to the following Terms and Conditions:
By engraving the extender all guarantees pertaining to the product will cease to be valid. The Clinical Study Refund guarantee will be deemed null and void and the extender cannot be returned. Returns are at the discretion of X4 Labs Inc. and/or its subsidiary companies and websites. X4 Labs Inc. and/or its subsidiary companies and websites are not responsible for any errors in the engraving process and will provide refunds or credit at their discretion. Terms and Conditions Pertaining to the 180 Day Growth Guarantee

  • The product must be used for a minimum of 180 days, this is required in order to ensure that the customer has used and tried the extender to gain in size as overnight results are not realistic. In order to gain results the product must have been used on a consistent basis for the recommended time periods.
  • All before and after photos must be time stamped in order to ensure authenticity. Clinical data entry sheets must also be mailed in, through a tracked mail courier.
  • Refunds are not applicable on any additional spare-parts, bonus offers, and any other additional promotional material included with the device.
  • Prior to returning a product, a customer must contact us via e-mail only or through our ticketing system, in order to prevent duplicate refunds. When preparing your e-mail please adhere to the previously stated terms.
  • In order to approve your refund request you must have registered and logged into our customer support services. You must also have supplied a minimum of 25 informational posts and content on our support forum throughout course of the six month trial period. Any spam, promotional, or libelous statements with regards to the product will lead to the nullification of the warranty and guarantee.

If all of the above terms and conditions have been met and a representative has contacted you to approve your return, you may return the package to the return address provided. Any products returned without the approval of a returns representative will be automatically refused and returned to sender.
