Required information such as credit card numbers, names and address, are kept by a bank processor under strict guidelines in order to prevent fraud. Orders which do not meet certain criteria may be subject to cancellation at the discretion of X4 Labs. Financial information will not be viewed or accessible to any internal personnel and is only stored for the time necessary for order processing.

Shipping Policy
All orders are processed immediately once payment has been made and are shipped within one business day.
North American orders are shipped via UPS or Federal Express Ground, at the request of the customer orders may be sent out via Express or Air Mail. Delivery time for orders within the continental United States take approximately 3-5 business days and each order is tracked from the original shipping point.
International orders are also tracked and shipped through UPS Standard (Express Options Available). Please allow up to 15 days for delivery in the case of international orders.
Orders being made to Military Addresses (APO) or P.O Boxes will be shipped via USPS Global Priority Mail or through Canada Post Priority Mail. Depending on your location, please allow for up to 15 days for delivery.
Tracking information is sent to the e-mail address provided, directly from the mail service selected.
Please note that shipping times may vary with bank and national holidays.
Discreet Billing, Packaging, and Shipping
All of our products are packaged in a discreet envelope and box, in order to protect our patients. All orders are processed immediately and are discreetly shipped the following day. Shipping labels are also discreet and make no mention of any terms relating to penis enlargement or treatment of penile curvature.
